Data Storage and Security

We retain enquiry and consent information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice and any applicable legal, accounting or dispute requirements. Quote emails are processed through Resend. Where the private marketing consent count is enabled, a separate consent service stores a one-way identifier derived from the email address rather than the email address itself. We do not use that count for customer marketing.

Third Party Services

We use the following third party services that may process your data as part of the website and our day to day operations:

Vercel – website hosting and delivery
Neon / Postgres – secure storage of enquiry, customer and invoice records
Resend – transactional email delivery (quotes, confirmations, reminders, invoices)
Ideal Postcodes – address lookup on our quote form
Mapbox – route planning for scheduled work
Upstash Redis – security rate-limiting and, only if enabled, a one-way marketing consent count
Google Ads – optional conversion measurement, loaded only after the visitor accepts optional measurement

Stripe and Twilio are only referenced in the codebase for future use and are not currently active processors. All active third party processors are bound by data processing agreements in compliance with UK GDPR.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Rectify any inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
Object to or restrict processing of your data
Withdraw consent at any time
Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)

Cookies

Our website uses essential browser storage to remember your optional measurement choice. Google Ads conversion measurement is loaded only after you accept optional measurement. You can decline it without affecting your ability to request a quote.

Marketing Communications

We will only send marketing emails where you have separately agreed to receive them. Your quote request is not conditional on agreeing to marketing. Where the private consent count is enabled, a one-way identifier derived from the email address is used to maintain the internal total. You can withdraw consent or ask us to update your details at any time by contacting us at info@revolutioncleaningltd.com. We comply with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
