Quote emails are processed through Resend. Where the private marketing consent count is enabled, a separate consent service stores a one-way identifier derived from the email address rather than the email address itself. We do not use that count for customer marketing.
Third Party Services
We use the following third party services that may process your data:
- Resend – email delivery
- Vercel – website hosting and delivery
- Google Ads – optional conversion measurement, loaded only after the visitor accepts optional measurement
- Upstash Redis – only if enabled, a one-way marketing consent count
All third party processors are bound by data processing agreements in compliance with UK GDPR.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify any inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)

Our website uses essential browser storage to remember your optional measurement choice. Google Ads conversion measurement is loaded only after you accept optional measurement. You can decline it without affecting your ability to request a quote. We do not use the marketing checkbox as tracking consent.
Marketing Communications
The marketing checkbox on our quote form is optional and is not pre-ticked. Your quote request is not conditional on marketing consent. We will only send marketing emails if you explicitly opt in. The choice is recorded with the enquiry and, where the private consent count is enabled, a one-way identifier is used to maintain the internal total. You can withdraw consent or ask us to update your details at any time by contacting us at info@revolutioncleaningltd.com. We comply with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
