Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to cleaning services provided by Revolution Cleaning Limited (Company No. 16018693). Our registered office is 11 Leopold Road, Brighton-Le-Sands, Liverpool, L22 6QY. By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms confirmed for that service.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise stated.
Quotes are based on the information and photos provided. If the job differs significantly from what was described, the price may be adjusted before work begins.
Any VAT treatment is stated in the quotation where applicable.

Bookings and Access

You must ensure we have safe and clear access to the areas requiring cleaning.
For exterior work, vehicles and obstacles should be moved where possible.
If we are unable to carry out the work due to access issues on the day, a call out charge may apply.

Cancellations

Any cancellation, rescheduling or call-out arrangements are confirmed in the quotation or service agreement.
Exterior work may need to be rescheduled where weather or site conditions make the agreed work unsuitable.

Payment

Payment timing and methods are confirmed in the quotation or service agreement.
For commercial work, invoicing arrangements are agreed for the particular scope and client.

Liability and Insurance

We carry public liability insurance for all work carried out.
We take every care to avoid damage. If damage does occur as a direct result of our work, please notify us within 24 hours and we will resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items left in areas being cleaned.
Stain removal is not guaranteed as results depend on the type of stain, fabric and how long it has been present.

Maintenance Plans

Any ongoing maintenance arrangement, notice period and pricing are set out in the relevant quotation or service agreement.
Changes to scheduled maintenance are handled according to the agreed service terms.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours at info@revolutioncleaningltd.com or 07756 247297. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
