Initial enquiry and site details
Tell us about your building, location, height and the surfaces that need cleaning. The more detail you provide, the faster we can assess feasibility and provide an accurate quote.
Site survey and risk assessment
We assess building height, surroundings, pedestrian activity, nearby roads, overhead hazards and distance from public areas. This forms the basis of our safe system of work.
CAA and council planning
Every proposed operation is assessed against the applicable CAA requirements, aircraft and site conditions. We prepare highway applications where the operating plan requires them. Liverpool City Council TTROs generally need at least 12 weeks notice.
Scheduling
Early morning or other operating windows may be considered where they help manage the site and the building’s operations. The timing remains subject to the operation plan, weather and any permissions required.
Drone cleaning operation
Our team manages the entire operation, including ground crew, safety zones, cordons, drone piloting and the clean itself. You receive clear communication before and during the work.
Inspection and sign-off
After cleaning we review the agreed scope and inspect the site for safety. Photographic completion evidence or a report can be provided where included in the agreed scope.

City centre buildings

Regulatory route
The CAA route and any operational documentation depend on the aircraft, operation and site. We check the proposed work against the applicable requirements before confirming the method.
Road closures
Liverpool City Council says a TTRO is needed where vehicle or pedestrian traffic must be stopped or limited. A PAA reference is required before applying, and the council currently says to submit the TTRO at least 12 weeks before work unless a shorter date has been agreed.
Insurance
Insurance requirements depend on the aircraft and operation. We maintain the commercial insurance required for our work and can provide relevant evidence during the commercial enquiry process.
