Will this clean meet my landlord or agent requirements?
We can work from a checklist or inventory that you provide and agree the scope before starting. We cannot guarantee a deposit outcome, because the required condition and any decision about deductions belong to the landlord, agent and deposit process.
Can you add carpet cleaning?
Yes. Many end of tenancy cleans include carpet cleaning as an add on. Let us know when you request a quote and we will include it in the price.
How much notice do you need?
We recommend booking at least a few days in advance. For urgent bookings, contact us and we will do our best to fit you in.
How much does an end of tenancy clean cost?
Prices start from £220 for a one bed property. Two bed from £260, three bed from £320. All prices are fixed and agreed before we start.
What if there is an issue after the clean?
Contact us promptly with the agreed scope and the specific issue so we can review it. Any revisit or correction depends on the agreed service and the circumstances. We cannot decide deposit disputes on behalf of a landlord or tenant.
