Yes. Our end of tenancy cleans are designed to meet standard letting agent and landlord expectations. If you have a specific inventory or checklist, send it across and we will make sure everything is covered.
Can you add carpet cleaning?
Yes. Many end of tenancy cleans include carpet cleaning as an add on. Let us know when you request a quote and we will include it in the price.
How much notice do you need?
We recommend booking at least a few days in advance. For urgent bookings, contact us and we will do our best to fit you in.
How much does an end of tenancy clean cost?
Prices start from £220 for a one bed property. Two bed from £260, three bed from £320. All prices are fixed and agreed before we start.
What if my landlord is not happy with the clean?
We clean to a high standard that meets letting agent expectations. If there are any issues, get in touch with us and we will come back to address them.
