Most fabric sofas, yes. We assess the fabric, construction and care label before cleaning, and we always test a small hidden area first to check colour fastness and suitability. If the material isn't suitable, we'll tell you rather than risk damaging it.

Our upholstery service is for fabric upholstery. Leather needs a different specialist process, so send us a photo and the care label and we'll tell you honestly whether it's something we can help with.

A standalone visit costs £60 for an armchair or a 2-seater sofa, £70 for a 3-seater, £80 for a 4-seater and £100 for a corner or L-shaped sofa. When booked with a carpet clean during the same visit the prices are £20, £40, £50, £60 and £80. Pet odour treatment is £20 per affected item. Oversized and U-shaped sofas need a tailored quote.

It depends on the fabric, the filling, the ventilation and the conditions in the room, so there's no fixed time. We'll give you practical drying guidance once we've assessed the sofa.

Most marks respond well, but we can't promise every stain will disappear. The age and type of mark, the fabric and any previous products all affect the result. Where a stain is likely to be permanent we'll say so before cleaning.

Pet hair and surface odours can usually be improved a lot. Where smells have worked deep into the filling, complete removal can't be guaranteed, but we'll tell you what's achievable once we've looked at it.

Seat and back cushions are cleaned as part of the item. If you have loose scatter cushions or removable covers, mention it when you book so we can include them in the agreed scope.

Yes. Where the schedule allows we can clean sofas and carpets in the same visit. Send us an enquiry and we'll arrange one visit and a clear combined price.
