Gutter Cleaning

We use a high-powered vacuum on long-reach poles, so most gutters are cleared safely from the ground. It can reach up to 30ft where access and site conditions allow, which covers most homes.

The usual signs are water overflowing when it rains, plants or moss growing out of the gutter, or debris you can see from the ground. If you're not sure, we can take a look when we visit.

It fixes the most common cause: a blockage pushing water over the edge. If the guttering is leaking because of a cracked joint or damaged section, clearing won't repair that, but we'd tell you if we spotted it.

Usually, yes. If a downpipe is blocked we can normally identify and clear it during the clean for a small supplement. Severe blockages or damaged sections may need extra work, and we'd flag that before doing anything.

In many cases the reach poles can work over single-storey obstacles, but it depends on the layout and access. Send us a photo or the postcode and we'll tell you honestly whether it's workable.

It varies. Homes near trees or with mossy roofs usually need it more often, while others can go longer between clears. We'll suggest a sensible schedule once we've seen the property.
