Got Questions?
Frequently Asked Questions
How much does window cleaning cost?
Our minimum visit is £30. Standard homes with up to 10 exterior windows or glazed doors are £30, and 11 to 20 are £40. Glass, frames and sills are included. Larger properties, higher windows and jobs needing extra work are quoted individually. We confirm the price before you book.
Do you clean the frames and sills as well as the glass?
Yes. Glass, frames and sills are all cleaned as standard on every visit, not just the glass.
What is pure-water window cleaning?
We use a reach-and-wash system: a telescopic pole with a brush head fed by purified water. The pure water dissolves the dirt, and because it contains no minerals it can be left to dry naturally without leaving spots or streaks.
Why are the windows left wet after cleaning?
That's normal with pure-water cleaning. The water is purified, so it dries without the mineral marks you'd get from tap water because it isn't bladed off. On very humid or still days it can just take a little longer to dry.
Can you reach upstairs or awkward windows?
Yes. The reach-and-wash poles clean from the ground, which is how we handle upper floors and windows over conservatories or extensions. The system can reach up to 80ft where the building and access allow, though most homes need far less than that.
Do I need to be home for an exterior clean?
Not usually. An exterior clean only needs us to reach the windows. If you have locked side or rear gates, just let us know beforehand so access is sorted on the day.
Do you still clean windows if it rains?
Light rain doesn't normally stop an exterior clean; the rain itself doesn't undo the work. In high winds or unsafe conditions we'd rearrange rather than risk a poor or unsafe job.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Most homes look their best at every 4–8 weeks, but it depends on your location, nearby trees and how busy the road is. We can set up a regular schedule or clean as a one-off, whichever suits you.
Do you clean inside windows too?
This service is for exterior windows. If you'd like internal glass done as well, mention it when you enquire and we'll let you know the options.
