Our water fed pole equipment can reach up to 80 feet where the layout and access are suitable. Height alone does not confirm whether a window is reachable. Roof extensions, balconies, parked vehicles and the space below the glass can all affect access. Photos of the full elevation help us assess this.

Pure water has been filtered to remove the dissolved minerals that normally leave marks as tap water dries. After the glass is cleaned and thoroughly rinsed, it is left to dry naturally. If you notice a problem once the windows are dry, send us a photo so we can look at it.

The quote should identify the glass, frames, sills and doors being cleaned. Tell us if entrance glazing, signs or other areas need attention as well. A normal maintenance visit should not be assumed to include restoration work or removal of paint, cement, adhesive and other stubborn deposits.

Yes, internal cleaning can be included where access is suitable. Mention it when asking for a quote, especially if there are desks, displays, blinds or equipment close to the glass. Internal work needs its own access arrangements and should not be assumed to be included in an exterior window cleaning price.

Light rain does not automatically prevent cleaning, but the conditions need to be suitable for safe work and a proper result. Strong winds, ice or severe weather may mean changing the plan. If your booking is affected, the next arrangements will need to be agreed rather than working in unsuitable conditions.

No. If the moisture is inside a sealed double glazed unit, cleaning the accessible surfaces cannot reach it. Misting between the panes can indicate a failed seal and should be assessed by a glazing specialist. That is different from ordinary dirt or condensation on the outside surface.

Those need separate assessment. The type of deposit, glass and any coating affect what can be done without damage. Send close photos and tell us whether the marks followed building work. Do not assume scraping or an ordinary maintenance clean is suitable for every pane.

Choose a frequency that suits how quickly they get dirty and how visible they are to customers. Entrance doors and shopfronts may need attention more often than upper windows. Traffic, nearby work and exposure also matter. We can discuss a regular schedule and adjust it if the first visits show a different need.

Tell us when the entrance is busiest and whether parking spaces can be kept clear. Hoses, equipment and the work area need to be planned around people and vehicles. Some sites suit an early visit or cleaning in sections. Access arrangements should be agreed before the day, particularly for shared entrances.
