A clear plan for each property
The areas to clean, access arrangements and visit frequency all affect the quote. We will go through these with you before the work is agreed.
- 1
Send the property details
Start with the postcode, the work needed and whether it is for one building or several. Photos can help, but you can enquire without them.
- 2
Agree the work and price
We will review the requirements and confirm whether a site visit is needed. The scope and price are agreed before cleaning starts.
- 3
Arrange access and timing
Tell us about entry arrangements, parking, resident access and any limits on working hours so these can be considered when arranging the visit.
Planning regular work?
Tell us which services need repeating and how often. Different jobs can follow different schedules.
Need photos or site references?
Mention any completion photos, property references or invoice requirements when you enquire so we can confirm what can be included.

Questions from property managers
Yes. Send the addresses and the work needed at each property. Note any differences in access, building height or cleaning frequency. That lets us assess the sites individually while discussing an overall schedule. A portfolio enquiry is useful even if you want to start with just one building.
Yes, that can be discussed. Windows may need a different pattern of visits from gutters, carpets or outdoor areas. Tell us the priorities for each building rather than choosing one frequency for everything. We can agree which tasks are regular and which are arranged when the condition calls for them.
Not necessarily. Clear photos and site details may be enough for straightforward work. Buildings with difficult access, uncertain dimensions or more involved requirements may need a visit. Send what you already have, including previous specifications if available, and we can identify where further information is needed.
The work, condition and access at each site affect the price, along with the proposed frequency. Two similar buildings can require different equipment or working time. Tell us if you need the quote separated by property or service so it can be reviewed against your budgets and approval process.
Check that they cover the same areas, frequency and standard of work. Look for clear treatment of access equipment, internal surfaces, stain treatment and any additional tasks. Ask what is excluded and whether quoted prices include VAT. A lower headline figure is difficult to judge if the scope is different.
We can discuss your insurance, risk assessment and method statement requirements before work is booked. Send your forms and any site rules early, especially if approval is needed before a purchase order can be issued. Documents should relate to the proposed work and access arrangements for the property.
Tell us about busy access times, accessibility needs, parking restrictions and routes that must remain available. We can then discuss timing and any temporary restrictions. Agree who will inform residents before the visit, including whether windows need to be closed or vehicles moved from particular spaces.
Yes, raise the requirement when we quote so we can confirm what can be provided. Tell us whether you need photographs, a list of completed areas or a note of access issues. Agreeing the format beforehand is particularly useful when several buildings or different services are included.
Send your property list and the services needed at each site. We can start with one building or assess the wider portfolio.
